Refund Policy
At The Akhirah Team, we strive to provide a seamless experience. However, we understand that sometimes errors can occur. Charities are generally not permitted to refund donations under charity law except in specific circumstances. In such cases, we offer a 28-day refund policy from the donation date. Agreed refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days and issued in the original payment method. Cash donations are not refundable, and you must return your original receipt to qualify.
If any conflict exists between these Terms and Conditions and specific terms on this site relating to particular material, the specific terms will prevail.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Complaints Procedure
The Akhirah Team is dedicated to delivering a high standard of service to everyone engaging with our work. We welcome feedback from anyone who believes we have not met the standards we set.
Please register your complaint within three months of an incident. We will acknowledge your feedback within 10 working days. While we aim to resolve most complaints within that time, if further investigation is needed, we will provide a full response within 30 working days. If there are exceptional circumstances, we will notify you of any delay.
